For all specialty vehicles with seating of 8-52 passengers such as Stretch Limos/Party Buses/Shuttle Vehicles:
Cancellations will only be accepted up to 24 hours after reservation is made. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 25% of their total reservation price. All cancellations after 24 hours for specialty vehicles such as Stretch Limousines/Party Buses/Shuttle Vehicles with seating of 8 passengers or more will be charged the full price of the reservation.
For our Luxury Sedan or SUV reservations cancellations can be accepted no later than 8 hours of your scheduled pick up time. Your credit card will not get charged if you cancel in a timely manner. Any cancellation for Sedan/SUV in a timely manner would be accepted with no extra charge; otherwise it will be subject to a 25% charge of the full reservation price. We ask you to inform us of any changes in your schedule in advance so we can avoid unnecessary aggravations.
For Limousines and Vans:
All of our luxury Stretch Limousine cancellations must be made in a timely manner. To avoid being charged you must cancel your reservation in a timely manner. You must provide Name and confirmation Number for each reservation.
All stretch limousines require a minimum of 4 hours of rental. All point to point transfers in a stretch limousine are subject to 2 hour minimum charge and no matter if the trip takes minutes.
For Sedans/SUV/VAN cancellations can be made by phone only in a timely manner.
